The following reasons are fully covered under our 90-day return/exchange policy. (We will cover the return shipping cost and replacement fees)

The customized product information is incorrect or there was a personalization error.
Accepted Reason #2
We sent the wrong item or order, you received a damaged product, or the product has quality issues or defects.
Accepted Reason #3
Blurry images or unclear text.
Accepted Reason #4
Wrong size or mismatch.

Return & Exchange Not Accepted

The following reasons are not covered by our 90-day return policy.
We do not take responsibility for the issues listed below.

Unaccepted Reason #1
Products returned after the return period (over 90 days after delivery).
Unaccepted Reason #2
Non-quality issues related to personalized/customized products.
Unaccepted Reason #3
Products damaged due to misuse, improper operation, or lack of maintenance.
Unaccepted Reason #4
Items damaged due to improper washing or handling. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings.
Unaccepted Reason #5
Products that do not fit due to customer choosing the wrong size.
Unaccepted Reason #6
Returns based on personal preferences or changes of mind.

Partial returns or exchanges for items sold as a set.

Return Item Conditions
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition. The product should remain in the original condition as received.
Non-refundable Conditions
Coupons and discounts are non-refundable once expired or used.
Special Conditions
For personalized items, if you request changes to the design or content, an additional 30% of the product price will be charged as a remake fee. (Special Note: Even if the order is placed immediately after a previous one, we reserve the right to begin production right away. Once production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.)

The return package must use the original packaging, and the packaging must be intact.
